It's that time of year again! We're just about six weeks away from the American Heart Association Heart Walk (held on August 25 this year) and we have a team that will be participating, but we need your help! I am asking all of our visitors to consider donating money to the Heart Association cause, even if it is just $1.00, it all adds up!
As a business, from now until August 15, 2012, for every Combo Pack or The Works we will donate $10.00 to the American Heart Association.
And here is Jessica's story why she's so dedicated: About six years ago, my grandfather had open heart surgery, it helped extend his life a few years, and he got to enjoy his favorite activities including fishing and dancing that much longer, as well as spend more time with his family and friends. Almost two years ago (this September), he passed away because of a heart attack (ultimately). He was fishing on a dock at one of his favorite lakes, had a heart attack, and fell into the water and drowned. My family was very glad that he passed away doing what he loves, and since then, we have been participating in this annual event. Please send us a message letting us know if you'd like to donate to our cause. Your help and support in this means a lot to us and our family!
